Parking Board Appeals
The Town of St. Johnsbury has authorized the Justice Center's
Parking Board to hear the appeals of individuals who want to contest
their parking tickets. The Parking Board has the authority to
affirm the fine, reduce the fine, waive the fine entirely or impose
alternative conditions.
The Parking Board meets on the third Monday of each month at
6:00 pm. People appealing their tickets are encouraged to appear
in person; however, it is possible to submit an appeal in writing
if a personal appearance would be difficult. The Town's Parking
Enforcement Officer will be present to discuss the particulars
of the violation.
